Founded by Julia Rovigo and Gabriel Pesca, the atelier creates pieces that transcend functionality and dialogue with emotional and cultural memories

The PROSA studio, founded by Julia Rovigo and Gabriel Pesca, is dedicated to the research and development of artistic furniture that combines refined technique, natural materials and aesthetic sensibility. The pieces created by the atelier result from a process that unites rigorous study, artisanal experimentation and the pursuit of organic and authentic forms.

“Our main objective is to explore the possibilities of natural materials, respecting their intrinsic characteristics and revealing forms that are true and emotionally resonant”, the founders state.

The studio’s work is distinguished by its capacity to transform furniture into objects that carry narratives. The creations dialogue with the history of Brazilian design, with traditional artisanal techniques and with contemporaneity, balancing innovation and tradition.

The choice to work predominantly with natural materials reflects a conceptual positioning. At PROSA, wood, fibres and other organic elements are treated with respect for their expressive potential. Each piece reveals textures, colours and forms that emerge from the artisanal process.

With a portfolio that moves between furniture design and art, PROSA is consolidating itself as a reference in the Brazilian authorial design scene.
